Program Information
CSAT’s Snowboard Team uses progressions to develop freestyle skills within a team culture that prioritizes integrity, team, grit, and fun. With a focus on the terrain park, halfpipe, rails, and freeriding skills, participants are grouped together based on their age and skill level, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Our Development program is a one day a week program catered to riders who are looking to improve their overall snowboarding, learn park etiquette, increase trick portfolio and tryout competition, while our Snowboard Competition Team (CST) program increases the level of commitment both in training and competition expectations.

Snowboard Development Team
The Freeride Development Snowboard Team is a one day a week program for riders age 9 -12. This program is designed for athletes who are wanting to practice all-mountain basic riding, learn jump and park skills, seeking longer and more challenging runs, both off-piste and groomed. The Devo coaches staff prioritizes FUN-damentals, with a strong emphasis on friendship and team building. Our professional coaches guide athletes through age-appropriate skill progressions, aligning with CSAT’s and USSS philosophies of team building and skill development. By combining skill refinement with a supportive team environment, CSAT’s Snowboard Devo program not only equips athletes with the necessary skills to advance within our snowboarding program but also creates lasting bonds and lifelong friendships among teammates.

Competition Snowboard Team (CST)
This 2 or 3 day program is for riders, age 9 -14, who are serious about their snowboarding and exhibit a strong level of dedication to their personal riding improvement. CST is a progression based snowboard education focusing on freeriding skills, competition, growth mindset, goal setting, ownership of the sport and building strong relationships while exploring the mountain and competing.
