She Rides and She Shreds
A girls only rider cohort group led by an all girls coaching staff will create a supportive and fun environment that encourages girls to take risks, increase confidence and mountain biking skills. Girls will develop confidence and increased abilities to ride mountain bikes over a variety of terrain.
CSAT’s all girl programs are designed for MTB riders who are looking to improve their MTB skills, and push themselves while having fun. Athletes will practice balance, cornering, switchbacks, riding over obstacles, drops, and climbing. Basic bike maintenance and trail etiquette will also be taught and emphasized throughout the program.
School shuttle pickup or parents Drop-off in Post Canyon at 3pm. Parent Pickup at 5pm at the bottom of Post Canyon Road, where pavement turns to dirt.

REQUIREMENTS
She Riders must be comfortably riding Kleeway prior to participation in the program. She Shreds riders must be comfortable riding Upper GP and Mitchell Ridge prior to participation.

Elementary MTB Teams
There are three (3) Elementary riding groups.
- The Elementary Devo Program is designed for intermediate riders who are looking to improve their MTB skills, and push themselves while having fun. We will practice balance, cornering, switchbacks, riding over obstacles, drops, and climbing. Basic bike maintenance and trail etiquette will also be taught and emphasized throughout the program. There is a Tuesday and Wednesday Devo groups. No van service for the Wednesday group
- Enduro Elementary riders will become faster, have smoother descents and develop the fitness and strength to climb and cover miles of trail. Skills taught will emphasize cornering technique, riding over and down obstacles, jumping, drops, speed, and climbing. Riders will also gain experience with bike maintenance, leadership, and trail stewardship. This group will look to practice line and tactics in race settings and will challenge riders to become better, stronger, faster mountain bikers.

Requirements
Riders must be comfortable on Kleeway and Lower Grand Prix at the start of session.

Enduro MTB Teams

Elementary programs will run 3pm – 5pm for elementary riders and 4pm- 6pm for Middle School Riders. Van pickup directly after school.
