- 7:30AM-8:30AM – Race Headquarters Opens Black Tent @ Bottom of Stadium Lift
- T-Shirt pickup, Team Captains pickup bibs, Volunteer Info/Tickets
- 9am: Lifts opens for inspection
- 10am: 1st run. U10s start. 2md run is directly after first run. Teams will run in groups, by team within age and sex class
- 11:30am: U12s start
- Awards 30 minutes after last racer crosses finish line

MT.HOOD MEADOWS COMPETITION WAIVER
Racers who do not train at Meadows must fill out a Mt.Hood Meadows Competition Waiver prior to receiving their bib. Your skier will not receive a bib if the waiver is not completed. Waiver can be filled out digitally here. Meadows requires skiers to create an account prior to filling out the waiver.
Volunteer and Coach’s tickets will be available at Race HQ. Coach’s tickets are limited, please email email@example.com with coach’s names no later than midnight Friday Jan 27th. Athlete lift tickets (7-14yrs old) are $42 and can be purchased on-site at Meadows outside ticket kiosk. Please note that the ticket kiosk line can get very long after 8:15am. Purchase non racer tickets early to get the best price.
Men’s and Women’s awards will be presented to the top 10 for U10 and U12 age class, top 5 for U14 age class (~30 minutes) after the last competitor in Stadium meadow at the base of Stadium. (subject to weather change).
