FALL DRYLAND
Competition Team starts with fall dryland that runs on Sunday, 9am – 10:30am at local Hood River fields, October 8th – November 12th.
Dryland training is not only a great way to for the kids to start bonding, but improves balance, coordination, and mental focus – all very necessary attributes of great athletes and ski racers! We will work on ski-specific exercises, like ladder drills, box jumps, sprinting, leap frog races, and downhill tucking simulation. Please have your athlete at the track about 5 minutes before 9am.
